FAQS

What file formats do you accept for logos or designs?

We prefer vector artwork (e.g., AI, EPS, or PDF) when possible. For raster files (like JPG, PNG), we ask that they be high resolution. We’ll handle necessary conversions. (If you’re unsure, just send us what you have and we’ll let you know.)

How long will my order take?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the design, quantity, and workload. On average, standard orders take 5 to 7 business days. Rush or expedited services may be available for an extra fee — please let us know your deadline.

Can you rush an order?

Yes — subject to capacity. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us as early as possible. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

Are there minimum order requirements?

For embroidery, we don’t have a minimum order requirement.
On Screen Printing our minimum order requirement is 24 pieces (We have other T-shirts print methods that our minimum order requirement is 1 piece)

What stitch density or size limitations exist?

We aim for optimal stitch density so designs are not too dense (causing stiffness) or too sparse (leading to gaps). Very small details or very fine text may not be viable below a certain size — we’ll advise you if parts need to be simplified or scaled.

Do you retain my design files for future orders?

Yes — for reorders of the same design, we keep the digitized file on file, so reorders are easier and often cheaper (no additional setup fee). If you wish us to delete your design after your order, just let us know.

What if I want different sizes, colors, or materials within the same order?

We can often accommodate mixed sizes and colors, but this may affect cost and logistics. Let us know your variations when requesting a quote so we can plan accordingly.

Can I pick up or will you ship?

We offer in-store pickup and shipping options. Shipping costs and timelines depend on your location and preferred carrier.

How do I get a quote / place an order?

You can contact us via (phone, email, or filling the Free Estimate form on this website) and provide details: item type, design or artwork, desired size, thread colors, quantity, and deadline. We’ll prepare a quote and proceed once approved.
