We can embroider on a wide variety of items, including t-shirts, polos, jackets, hats/caps, bags, towels, aprons, uniforms, blankets, and more. Some fabrics or materials (very stretchy, very thin) may require special handling—feel free to ask, and we can evaluate your item.

Yes — you’re welcome to supply your own item, as long as it’s suitable for embroidery. We’ll inspect it first to ensure the material is stable enough to handle stitching. If needed, we may recommend alternate methods.

Yes — we can convert your logo, sketch, or artwork into an embroidery-ready format through our digitizing service. We’ll run an actual sew-out for your approval, we highly recommend you come and approve it in person ones ready (is one of the advantages ordering with us here in Las Vegas, no unpleasant surprises), but we can also email you a proof for your approval (like those online out state shops) prior to stitching if you prefer.

There’s no strict limit, but the more color changes, the longer the stitching time and possibly the higher the cost. We’ll consult with you to optimize color count while preserving your design integrity.

Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into stitch data. We charge a setup/digitizing fee the first time a design is processed. On reorders of the same design, we don’t charge a set-up fee. Digitizing starts at $45 dollars for standard left chest logo.
We use the best digitizing software in the industry, and our digitizers are in house with decades of experience.

We use high-quality embroidery threads that are colorfast (will not fade) and are very durable.

Iron on the reverse side, or use a pressing cloth
Do not soak for long periods
Avoid rough handling or snagging of embroidery threads

Because embroidery is customized, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is an issue (e.g., defect, mistake on our part), contact us promptly, and we’ll review a resolution (repair, re-stitch, or replacement).
